Is this for my iPhone and iPad too?

Exceed.Care focuses specifically on care for your personal computers. So, if you have a currently supported MacBook, iMac, Mac Pro or Mac Mini, this service is for you!

I purchased AppleCare; why do I need this?

AppleCare is a great investment for those unexpected hardware repairs and accidental damages. We see Exceed.Care as the missing piece.

What is "discounted support and training"?

On the Basic plan, you’ll get remote support at a flat per-incident rate of $55. Training sessions are available across all plans at $95 per hour (Complete plan includes 1hr of training per quarter).

What is device valet?

Basically we’ll help coordinate hardware repair efforts with Apple so you don’t have to wait on hold whether that’s picking up your device at home or office (subject to coverage area) or through mail in repair.

Are there any contracts?

Absolutely not, however you will have to pay for the setup charge each time you join.

When will I get billed?

Upon signing up you will be charged the setup + first month of service. Although you must schedule an onboarding session prior to enjoying the benefits of the plan, your onboarding Pro will modify the service start date to match the onboarding date. On a monthly basis thereafter you will be billed the plan amount to the credit card you used to sign up.

What’s the setup charge for?

Each time we setup your device for service we go through the process of verifying current system health and perform general troubleshooting as needed to get things rollin’.

What happens if I need help on-site?

We feel like the majority of issues can be resolved using remote troubleshooting. In the rare cases when we can’t, it’s usually a hardware issue which we’ll help you get setup for in-store appointment at your local Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.

Do you offer hardware repairs for my Mac?

Apple does it best. We work with Apple Support to make sure they get all the details they need to facilitate the diagnosis and expedite the repairs.

I have a small business. Can I join?

We love working with small businesses and encourage that you join. However we often find SMBs need more specialized support. Our Managed IT Services is a great fit for many growing companies.

Can I join over the phone instead?

Yes! Just call us at 855-227-4215 and we’ll help you get started. We’re available Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Do you offer any quantity discounts?

Yes we do! We offer a discount for accounts with 5 or more devices of 20% off the total. During your onboarding session, the agent will assist with making sure your account reflects all available discounts.
